Please note that the President & Treasurer positions require an active student status.

Can I be a model?

Absolutely! We welcome models of all backgrounds, ages, sizes, genders, and occupation. Though carefully curated and designed, Get Thrifty's goal is to be a safe space for a diverse and inclusive community.

Do you have sales or events?

Yes! Though they vary each year, we have recurring sales and events that we strive to host annually.

What are your prices like?

Get Thrifty strives to maintain affordable prices for students, staff, and residents alike.

For donated merchandise, we cap our prices at $20. We charge a flat rate according to type of clothing (i.e. all T-shirts are $6).

For consigned merchandise, prices vary but generally cap at $200.

Is everything from the store listed on the website?

Only consigned merchandise is listed on our website. All donated merchandise is carried in-store only.

What is your return/refund policy?

No refunds or returns. All sales are final.

If an item purchased online has flaws that weren't indicated on the product page, we will issue store credit for the item.

If the item is purchased in person, you are responsible for verifying the item's condition prior to purchase.

How does store credit work?

Apart from our consignment catalogue, Get Thrifty is entirely donation-based.

In return for your donations, you can receive $1 store credit for every item you donate up to a maximum of $10 store credit per batch.

Please note that a maximum of $25 store credit can be on a customer's account at any given time.

Store credit cannot be applied to consignment items.

Do you provide shipping?

No, Get Thrifty is currently pick-up in-store only.

Can I sell my products in your stores?

Yes! We are currently piloting a brand new External Vendor program.

At the moment, we exclusively partner with local and small businesses that offer hand-crafted or custom merchandise. Priority will be given to businesses that champion a sustainable or environmentally conscious business model.

Though the exact details of how we are accepting external vendors are still being determined, our Vendor Application Form is currently live for submissions.
